I need some help with this one. Is there a lender that will do this loan? He is self employed so I need stated but we can verify assets. I will need max LTV.

We have a stated NOO cash out to 65 or 70 max ltv.. ARM, 3 yr fixed, or 30 year fixed, with 4 pmt options, including deferred interest. "portfolio" (not salable) product
