non owner occ 90% purchase

i need to know which lenders are still allowing an investor to buy more than one rental property at a time with 10% down and existing renters living in the properties.

wow what a crazy market we are in these days.

BNC will allow 2 investor properties at the same time, up to 90% with a 600 score.
