Non Arms Length Deal

Does anyone know of a lender that can do this:
Borrower is buying house from their own corporation. It comes back approved eligible, but I cannot find any lenders who will take it being a non arms length loan.

Here's the scenario:
SFR
2nd home
Purchase
$152,000 loan amount
Polk County, FL
FICO: 754
LTV: 80%
Full Doc

Any help you can give on this is greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!!!

I actually just closed one of these last month. WJ Capital Corporation can do this loan for you if the parameters are as you have listed. Please contact me at your earliest convenience or email me the Fannie Mae 3.2 (.fnm) file and I will get you pricing and an answer right away on whether we can do the loan or not.
