I have one loan with FF right now and it is the only loan the rep has. LOL

580 minimum score and 90% max LTV accross the board last time I looked.

Flagstar has a No Income Verified Assets to 90% with a 660 and 95% with a 680

I just got off the phone with first franklin and they said they lost their no ratio's about a month ago? when is the last time you have checked with them?
