Yeah, I dont know about all that. Business is what you make of it, there is always people out there trying to get a loan or trying to refinance. Car sales? WHAT? Have you seen the stocks on these companies lately? Even used car lots I've seen more shutting down. If you have the desire and motivation to move forward bet on and do it. Sure the market is down, which only means one thing....it can only go up.
