Thumbs up NJ 2.6 Million C/O REFI -- Found a home for it yet?
Have you founf a home for this yet? If not, my company is very good at placing these Super Jumbo loans. I just completed a 90% C/O refi for 4.7 MIL with a 643 FICO stated/ verified. We have an amazing relationship with our investor. We structured this loan doing an Option Arm with a start rate of 1.00%.
