Who will do this loan with a decent rate on the 2nd and a no hasle stated. This is ready to close like now. Property is 505K.

Purchase Price?
Type of Property?
What type of loan are you looking for, i.e. Fixed, ARM, I/O, etc.

Try selling them an option arm with those scores. Keeps the payments low and can pay off early. World mortgage is a good one.

Its an SFR in FL. purchase price of 505k. The want an option arm but world only does 95%. We need to go 100% no question about that.

Do you want both loans at the same bank?

If it doesn't matter.....Citi Home-Equity is really good for stated 2nd's.

There is a post on the forum for a 100% CLTV 2nd.

New Century Prime allows 100% CLTV but if World Savings does too I would go with them.
