Erik has a spectacular aura about
NEW Official Wholesale Lender Product List

Wholesalers,

Let us all know what products you still have! Brokers are hungry for great products in the current lending landscape and this is your chance to earn some new business. All non-wholesale-product-posts will be deleted! This is a reference thread only - thanks!

In addition to posting your product information here, be sure to add it to our new mortgage wiki. You can create a page for your company (if one does not exist already) and add any information you like to that page. If you don't know how to create a page in the wiki just send me (Erik) a private message and I will help you do it and show you how to edit the page once it's created. I can also help you get your company's page listed in the general wholesale lender category of the wiki.

Brokers,

Feel free to encourage your AE's to post product information here and in the wiki. The more we help each other out the more we all benefit! The only way the market is going to recover is by doing more business and having knowledge is one of the best ways to do more business.

Thank you for your continued support of MortgageBrokerLand and for making this one of the best mortgage sites on the web!

Erik

The fact that there are currently zero responses to this thread is very telling.

Unfortunately we cannot help with this due to the FICO score. In today's market, you will need at least a 650 or higer.. Thanks for the post.

Try a hard money lender... With that low LTV you should be able to easily find one..
