Hello, everyone. I'm a loan originator out of the Indianapolis, Indiana area. I found this forum while looking for subprime banks and lending institutions. I've enjoyed reading about different scenarios and their responses.

With that said, I'm looking for a lender who might look at a consumers high score as opposed to his or her middle score. High score of 592.
Help Please.

How about a program that is tailored to enable 0 down and a 6% concession for closing costs at 6-7% fixed who does not care what the credit score is.......????

Anyone want to take a guess?
