New Features

For you long time members, you will probably soon notice there are some new features available here in the MBL forums.

First off, we have added tag support for posts so you can mark your threads with keywords that apply to them so others searching for related information can find your post more easily.

Second, we've added some social networking tools so that you can further enhance your networking opportunities here at MBL. You can create contact lists, networking groups and photo galleries.

Things will get better, despite Secret's constant doom & gloom outlook.

People will always need to buy houses and refinance.

They will indeed, Greg. I wonder what the bottom of this trough will actually be though. Thinking about all those ARMs adjusting in the next few years along with the lack of any subprime options for borrowers with the ARMs (in many cases) makes me think the worst is still ahead of us.

But... it won't last forever no matter what.
