need true hard money in NC
this lady is going to lose her families home over 25k
I need a true hard money loan not the new "full doc" hard money that is rampant today
she owns 2 properties in the same area. Both are vacant
Borrower lives here & has no money for appraisal
this is a file that will give a new lease on life
