Need Super Jumbo Siva For Owner Occupied
I need a 75% LTV Cash-Out Refinance for a SIVA Borrower with a 742 Mid-Score in NC. Loan amount at 75% LTV would be roughly $1.7 Million. $150,000 in reserves.

yeal m the poll confused me too. I am also interested in Super Jumbo Lenders who still do SIVA (no brokers please)
