Question Need recmmendations for loan software?

I own a small mortgage company in Minnesota. We currently use Calyx Point as our point of origination software. I am looking for two different pieces of software. The first would be used by a loan originator to market their expertize to a client. ie loan comparisons, graphs etc. This would allow an L.O. to help a prospective borrower. (The dog and Pony Shoiw) The second would be more complicated. I am looking for a program that would allow us to track and market to clients from the initial contact of a prospect, through the time of purchase when they change to a borrower and finally after the loan closes to manage all their data, as it realates to market changes and then alert us to contact them at specified intervals. I'm not sure if there is that type of software available, but I would appreciate any feedback. Thanks.

Empower! by Eastern Software may allow it. You could also program the software to tell the loan officer which lender and which program the borrower qualifies for based on the 1003.

Several sales aides are printable. It is a remote access via desktop or laptop. Secure. No customer data is needed on the pc workstation.

Hi tech!
