Need Ohio Lender or Broker to Help with this loan!

Ok, I fell into a mess here. I have been working with many people over the last 2 1/2 months trying to get refinanced. Now, I need to find someone quick to do this scenario:

Ohio
LTV 90%
FICO - 532 and 510 (need to pull scores separately)
Owe - 300K (1st & 2nd)
Worth - 340K
1X90, with other lates.
Trying to prevent anything further but need to get financed now. Good job income, Full document.

I was told that Novastar, Coastal Capital or maybe even Encore will touch this. I need to find someone who can finance 90% (can be CLTV) and close quickly. Anybody other there that would be willing to help me out without stringing me along? Thanks..

I suggest turning it down and moving on. 2.5 months and I looked at 3 lenders and 75% and 80%.. (Not even close)

Sometimes you invest so much time you would be better served to cut them loose and invest it into originating more deals to replace it.

Hope someone can help though! I value your effort!!!!!

EDIT: Aegis, D1, Option One, New Century, Freemont.. Then gave up because they were so far off what you need.

What is the high score of the primary wage earner?
