Need Lender This is a tough one

Hi

Need a wholesale lender. This is a tough one.
Young man (FICO Median 603) and girlfriend (FICO Median 566) want to purchase first home. He has BK 20 months ago. Been with current employer 1 year, self-employed prior to that.
SISA
100% LTV
18 month out of BK
6% seller paid costs
FICO 603
DTI 42%
Primary Residence
Purchase
No Lates
No Foreclosures
State-Virginia

Any Ideas?
Thanks

Thumbs up this MIGHT help

I can think of maybe two lenders, I dont know if they do your state but you can look them up, try Fremont Lending, and The Mortgage Warehouse, just look them up on google, It'll be the in the first or second in the results. Let me know how you did.

GLOAT has a spectacular aura about
Is it stated because of previously S/E? If yes, Option One has no BK Seasoning, no Employment Seasoning, & no longer require rent checks for FTHB
