Need a Lender for a Mixed- Use Property IN New York
I have a borrower with a 597 middle score who needs at least 80ltv loan on his 3 unit mixed use property. It is OO and it will be cash out refinance.

I think this one will be a hard one to place. if it were 2 units or less maybe.

But, explain how it is mixed use. Give some more detail about what the business is. You may want to check with an appraiser about it too. Is it zoned residential or commercial?
