Need a lender to finance raw land in Virginia
I am looking for a wholesale lender that that will lend to purchase raw land. I have looked all over and I can't find any lenders.

You can try Access National Mortgage. I know they broker land deals, but they are also a wholesale lender as well.

Their number is 540-776-3132

Worth a call to find out. I also know that there are some restrictions on the ltv and the type of land they loan on such as must be in a PUD area.
