Need lender asap stated 631 mid score

rate term re-fi, 75% LTV, stated income/stated assests, no lates in the last 12 months, but 1 by 60 13 months ago, has one collection at 5500.00 not wanting to pay-off. Wanting to go conforming, does anyone know of a lender that will take the 1 by 60?

No. I think you are stuck with sub-prime.

I just ran this through my pricer -- at par, I can do 8.75%

I can do this loan as a 3 year fixed for 7.25% PAR

Give me a call so we can get this funded!!!

Here are our underwriting guidelines in a nutshell:

695+ FICO for 90% LTV, SIVA
600+ FICO for 80% LTV, SISA
No FICO requirements for 70% or less... case by case
