Need lender ASAP, help new at this........

Need a lender for the following scenario........
Purchase $160,000.00 in Minnesota
Stated, 90%-95% LTV
Fico 633
Started foreclosure last September 2005, did not pay mortgage from Sept thru Dec of 2005, so she was 120 days late. Jan of 2006 she paid up to date on her mortgage and did not miss any payments after that, she then sold the house recently " closed this Sept of 2006".

Bankruptcy dischraged 07/2005.

I need a lender that is not going to pull another credit report....

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated......

WOW! i say "punt" or maybe Option One i have not used them in a while but they use to be able to do deals like this.....good luck

Bk, Forex, Delq after BK, Stated, Use broker credit....

Spend your time finding a better deal.

But, I know you will keep trying. # of trades and length of trade history on each one. Wage Earner or Self Employed?

Hard money at 70% LTV with a 14% Interest rate is what you're gonna get.
