Need a lender for 100%-please help TODAY

No open trades
Need to use brokers credit (another lender pulled in and score dropped)
DTI 55% not including wifes income (shes only been working 4 months)

It's not technically within the guidelines but if you have compensating factors and run it through DU well you never know. I've seen some crazy DTI's get approved that way.

24 months cancelled checks for rent and 6 months bank statements with New Century and 580 = 100%

Credit Update using alternate credit. Call you credit bureau provider and ask them to put the trade lines on your report. We do this for FHA and the Credit Bureau verifies the payment history for Bob's TV Sales lol

How many days ago was your credit pulled?
