need help with second standalone

I have a customer who needs second standalone of 10% ltv together with
first to go to 100 cltv in the state of florida with a mid score of 652, stated income.
Anyone out there can help me???

Aegis Home Equity on the 2nd I think.

But, are you needing a first too? Standalone... you said so I assume just the 2nd....?

You an also try Citi Home Equity. Very easy submital and they order their oun title.
USA Funding also has some good stand alone programs including HELOC's.
