Need help with a loan
hey guys, I have a customer who fico 508 looking to purchase a house for 62,900 and est appraise value 82k. Customer doesn't have much down payment money or closing cost. what can I do to help the customer get the house I can get 80% from Delta Funding. Xavier

If they've got less than 5k in open collections/chargeoffs, full doc, Homecomings' Fannie DU. (You can pay collections/chargeoffs down to 5k. No judgements(I'm pretty sure). Up to 95%LTV, but MI is not pretty(30-35%)
