 Need Help Asap!!! 620,000 Purchase Must Close By Friday
I have a loan 620400 appraisal for 776000 and want to go 80% with a silent second to 100cltv.. customer has a 669 mid stated 2 yrs on the job.. Here are the issues the appraisal has cost accure for 9,000 the property is 6800 sqt ft in a small town not the best comps also pmt shock going from 787 pmt to 4000 has 25,000 in a 401k to cover pmts if needed also property is going on the steps on 12/15 next friday so this deal needs to be done asap please advise!!
