75% Ltv

Here The Issue The Appraisal Is At 700,000 With 15 Acres. Now The Total Property Is At 64 Acres I Had The Appraisal Only Do The 15 Acres With 15 Acres Comps And The Rest Is Excess Land But Most Lenders Will Only Go Up To 40 Acres And Take The 15 This Property Could Sale For More Than 1,500,000 Easy. Who Can Help Most People Are Telling Me To Parcel The Property But It Isn't That Easy It Takes 2 Mnths To Do That Here.

I Can Also Go 12 Mnths Of Business Bnk Statements If Someone Will Take Them!!

Citimortgage has no bumps for Rural & take full acreage. I wasn't given any info on max acres allowed, so you may want to check on that)

What State is this in? I may be able to help on this but would like to see more of the file first before committing.
I offer a 620 Stated rural up to 90% LTV. I need similiar comps with similiar acreage. I love the fact that I have so much stability on the borrower that I will be able to make exceptions. You can email me at
