hello every one thank you for taking ur time in reading this. i am a loan officer in virginia beach va, who wks for capitol mortgage, i am in search off lenders who wks with people who dont have a social security number, only has tin number as well they claim taxes, and have a checking acct.. no credit score, if anyone can send me info on who to contact i really would appreciate all your help email me directly sjpesquera@aol.com

| | | FHA 4155 guidelines in a nutshell:
1) They have to have a social security number
2) They have to be eligible to work in the US
3) If there is a history of work permit renewals the lender can assume the renewals will continue. If not they must determine the likelyhood of future renewals
4) BCIS employment authorization doc is required
Other than that standard guidelines.
So no go because of no SS#. Wholesalers help this man out!

I have a program for a no credit check home acquistion. We do not care what their credit report looks like, we do not do a credit check, do require income verification, or tax returns. Let me know if you would like to know more.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO ALL | 1). Go to Scotsman's Guide website and order their FREE residential paper magazine/publication that comes out once a month, have it mailed to your home. They've got some good articles in there, and inside it - for more than 3 decades - is a matrix on probably every lender with all their products, that way you can find wholesalers for the rest of your life an dnot just this one!
PS: I understand they also have an online page were past monthly magazine articles are published on it - check them out too (I wrote 5 for them earlier this year). Plus starting in January, they're going to have a TIP's Section - ya might just see somebody there you've heard of right here   |
