Talking Need help

I'm opening a new shop and I get alot of leads for foreclosure buyouts and BK buyouts. Having a hard time finding Lenders to do foreclosures buyouts. Any suggestions?

I can do bk.13 buyouts up to 90% and foreclosure buyouts up to 65%.

We always go off of the file date for bk.13's and will do 85% one day out of bk with a 580 score full doc.

If we are lending on the o/o property and they have a non-owner foreclosure, we count that as a consumer late and grade the primary mortgage only.

Are you a direct lender? Sara is looking to build relationships with lenders to help clients. Why are you asking if she is looking to make a buck?

We are different because we are more than a bail out. We have programs that are designed around the clients needs, many are designed to allow the client to stay in their home witout payments as long as they are on the program. Of course we are all in this to make money, but we see our programs as an alternative to clients losing their home or filing bankrupcy. I believe we really help people that are in a bad situation sleep a little better at night. It's not just about making money, it's about people helping people.
