We have over 8000 programs so I can give you a quote if I can get the following:

1. 1003 signed by all borrowers
2. Last month mortgage statements(or copy of P.A.)
3. Pix of the property inside/outside
4. Tri-merge credit on all borrowers(within 30 days)
5. Rent roll signed by seller(if applicable)
5. Our submission form(I will fill out with a few additional Q's I need ans.)

In regards to the 1003, the interviewer section must have our name and address:

Commercial Lending Capital
3637 Arlington Ave.
Riverside, CA 92506

We also have a broker fee agreement with you so when it closes we pay you and the closing statement will not reflect any moneys to your company, only to us. So when you charge points your customer won't be pressing to reduce your fee or try to cut you out before closing.

Please remember us with regards to financing Commercial Real Estate

REASONS TO CONSIDER COMMERCIAL LENDING CAPITAL FOR YOUR COMMERCIAL FUNDING NEEDS:

1. WE ARE A DIRECT LENDER!
2. LEND IN ALL 50 STATES!
3. LOAN AMOUNTS $100K TO $20M
4. FOR MOST PROPERTIES WE GENERATE TERM SHEETS (CONDITIONAL APPROVALS) IN 8 WORKING HOURS GUARANTEED (MOST LENDERS TAKE 7-9 WORKING DAYS)
5. WE HAVE COMPETITIVE PRICING
6. WE HAVE OVER 8000 PROGRAMS TO FIT MOST SITUATIONS
7. WE CAN CLOSE IN AS LITTLE AS 40 DAYS (MOST LENDERS TAKE 3-4 MONTHS)
8. WE LEND ON MOST “TIER PROPERTIES”
9. WE PICK UP WHERE BANK PROGRAMS LEAVE OFF
10. WE ARE BROKER FRIENDLY
