Need commercial lender quickly

Hello all! Need a commercial lender to do land with investor with low scores (569) and purchase a vacant restaurant with 2 borrowers (business partners) one with high scores and one with low (569) Also need commercial lender to do commercial second mortgage for $100,000. Need answers asap. Thanks!@
