NEED CO-OP LENDER in FLORIDA

Hi I need to find a Co-Op Lender for Florida. I tried Magna, Tunrberry, Suntrust, they have all said they don't do it. Does anyone know of any lenders who will?

Please let me know, thank you for your responses they are GREATLY appreciated!
