need 95 cltv with a 1x60 and 542 credit stated

hey can somene help me!!! i need to get a 95 cltv on a cash out or rate and term refi with a 542 credit score going stated , if any one knows a lender or any that can do it please respond to me asap ,, cause i been through alot of lenders and they dont want to touch it. let me know if there is someone that will take this loan. oh yeah the state is in minnesota
