need 90 LTV 567 1x60

got 567 mid, 3x30 and 1x60 in last 12 months. Owner occ., cash out, 135,000 loan amount, need 90 LTV, full doc. Any suggestions?

Also try Oak Street Mortgage. They also have some specials going on right now. If you submit a full file they give you an extra 0.25
I would always check what deall they have going on, sometimes they'll pay 2 to 1 on the back

I'm not sure if you've closed this loan yet, but I'll tell you what I can do.

Full doc, 567 score, 90% with cash out. We will only consider the 1X60 and grade the borrower a "B". We can use 12 months bank statements to go full doc or 1 paystub or previous year W2. I will only look at deposits in the account. No max on cash out for 90% LTV or lower. Call me when you have a chance at 914-593-4496.
