Need 90 LTV 545 mid

Have 314,000 loan here. Need 90 LTV with a 545 1X30. Full doc, owner occ, SFR, 55DTI, I/O if possible(not ness.) Any suggestions?

Thanks Greg!! I priced it out at all the regulars, found several that can do it. Was putting it out there to see if anybody knew of a niche lender it might fit better with. With 90 LTV Long beach can do it in case anybody is looking for something similar, as far as 85 LTV Fremont is the best along with D-1. Thanks for your help!

Look at argent though using credit advantage if you are set up. Pricing might be way better than those 2.
