I really need to get 100%, but I am trying to see if the bank can help out - Seller Carry Back of 5-10%?

How is it if we take it Full Doc? what would you Debt Ratio need to be?

95% at Aegis Wholesale but Deborah probably has a much better deal if you can make 90% work.

I found this lender and I do nnot know if they are good or not but it is Trinity Mortgage Assurance Corp Official Website

They do 100% to a 620 Stated
