GLOAT has a spectacular aura about
I'm not familiar with who did and who did not pull out of Georgia as I am in Ohio, bu for "Short Seller Seasoning":

Aegis-None
WMC-none
Option One-none
New Century-none
Decision One-none
Homecomings-3 months
Freemont-3 months
The Mortgage Warehouse-3 months
Oakstreet-3 months
MILA-none if FSBO or Bank Foreclosure/Repo & realtor listed
Delta Funding-6 months

Also, if the property is MLS listed, most "subprime" Lenders have no seasong:

Ownit Mtg. Solutions has no seasoning & no appraisal review if MLS listed

Hope this helps
