Can mortgage lates be taken off of a credit report.....!?I have a client who has a ridiculous amount of lates 30s, 60s, even 90s. He went through a divorce and it is in the divorce decree that his wife was responsible to make the payments, but she never did. This is of no fault of his own, is there any way to go about getting them removed.....?
