More than one property owned

Hi all! I hope this year is being kinder to you than to me. I got 2 clients that own more than one property. 3 to be exact. One is SE and W2 co-borrower. The other is W2 wage earner single borrower. Both strong borrowers, good assets. Need lender that will use income on tax returns and not adj gross income to make both deals work. Or stated program for 650 674 mid scores. Heeelp!!!! friendlyfinancials@yahoo.com. 203-891-6600
