more than one property

Hi all! I don't know about you all but this mortgage climate sucks. Sorry, but I am having a tough time. anyway, I have two clients with multiple properties, starting to adjust. They all need to refi, 680-690 scores, 90-95 LTV's, full doc, W2 and SE. Problem is they all use the net, anybody doing the gross and have true stated programs, or am I dreaming....friendlyfinancials@yahoo.com. Debbie

No PMI company will insure Stated Income. Not that I know of. There are barely any lenders doing stated loans on investment properties period. All I have found is 75% Rate and Term.

If they are out there they will be gone soon. Good luck.
