Mobile Home and Land loans

Does anyone know of a lender that lends on this scenario in FL? Both are SIVA and self-employed with scores of 680 and 710. Any help would be appreciated.

I checked there and didn't really see anything, not even vacant land.

If you are looking for financing for mobile home PARKS, then I may be able to help with that. We do not have anything for individual mobile home purchases or raw land.

I found some pretty neat "products" on this site's mywholesalelenders.com. Although I still use my matrix from Scottsman it's been pretty limited. Good luck! I hope you found something.
