Okay, here's the scoop:

manufactured CA property
65% LTV
$215k L/A
665 mid FICO
STATED w/ assets

I know that most lenders that still lend money on manufactured properties only allow for FULL DOC submissions. The problem with this borrower is that he gets half his income paid under-the-table...

I have tried the following lenders with NO SUCCESS:
US Bank
Liberty American
Bankers Express
NationStar

I would appreciate the contact information for any lender that may be able to do this loan. I have a FULL package ready for submission.
