Unhappy Manufactured Homes!!!
I Know We Have All Asked This Question "who Is Still Offering Programs For Sub-prime Lending On Manufactured Homes-purhcases And Refis????????

You will find a really good list of lenders in Scotsman guide online and also on the Manufactured Housing Institute website.

By the way, my company specializes in Manufactured housing title work. If this home is going to be attached as real property, I would invite you to give us a try, we have the real property conversion down to a science.

I believe with the housing slowdown we will all see a higher volume of manufactured housing sales in the next couple years.

FHA....they rock!! I am going a 575mid 80LTV refi right now and getting 3.4ysp on a 7.625 30yr fixed!!!!!

My company actually just aquired licensing in the last 16 states we were missing.

I actually live in Ohio, my HQ is in Dallas Texas. I am the National Sales Director for Contemporary Title Solutions. Since I travel too much there is no need for me to live anywhere in particular. My clients can contact me or anyone within my company at the drop of a hat so I'm probably staying here in Ohio till I decide on Charlotte or Savanah.. (till my wife decides actually)
