Manufactured Home Lenders
I am looking for manufactured homes lenders. On top of being a manufactured home my client had a bankruptcy 2 years ago, so their credit isn't fully established yet. Credit score is currently 638. They would like to refinance into a better rate, preferrably fixed. Loan amount is $170,000.
