Manufactured home lenders??

Does anybody know lenders out there with decent rates for manufactured home refinances? Easy deal, 63% LTV, 737 score...

not entirely sure, but try first magnus, ugmc.net, 21stmortgage.com, or Taylor Bean.

Thanks but First Magnus is who crashed my deal originally. UGMC just doesn't do them, but I will try the other 2. I did find RTG Mortgage that would do them and match First Magnus' rate (just FYI).

with that fico if you cant find a lender to do it you should try and convince them to sell and take the extra cash and put it down on a nice 30 year fixed. I bet the 80/20 would be a better rate then they have on their manufactured house.
