Manufactured home lender
Hi everyone I'm looking for a lender that would finance my client, a 607 mid score , full doc, 95% LTV 5% down , loan amount 118,750 , 1 tradeline , MH build 2001 with 2051 SFt on permenant foundation and land .

My client had a BK 7 ...09-05 and I think FHA require 2 yrs seasoning on BK 7.

need 95% with 607 mid score and 2 trade lines on manufacture home
Will they do 95% on perm/found/2001 , bk discharge 09-05, with a 607 mid score full doc.

Try contacting lsmith@firstalt.net. They can go up to 95%LTV
