Manufactured Home Financing
I have two manufactured home scenarios:

1. Purchase: 90%LTV $70,000 Loan Amount, 1980 Dbl Wide Manf. Home, need stated if possible 594 FICO, private VOR


2. C/O Refinance: approx. 65%LTV, Appraised Value - approx. 145,000, 617 FICO Bwr, 638 Co-Bwr FICO 1X30 Mtg Late in 2/04, also stated


Any help anyone can offer would greatly help
