I have a 680 mid score o.occ, Pri Res, 200K cashout debt consolidation I need 85-90%ltv (or) a second fixed line of cerdit to 65K where should i take this one?

I just found out domestic bank works with manufactured homes.....new news for me.....just home equity thou
