Low Low rates?

This might be an awkward issue to post, and I haven't been in mortgages for about 8 months, but I've been looking for lenders with really competitive rates for 30yr fixes and the lowest I've been able to find on the rate sheets was 5.5%, is that pretty good for nowadays? Or should I do more digging around...any suggestions? (FL).

That is it! You can also check and compare national average mortgage rates on bankrate.com

5.5% is the best you can find.

Awesome, thanks guys! I did check out bankrate.com and did a little more digging down to 5.25%, but I think that was the bottom of the hole. lol. Luckily it came at JUST the right time too!
