Question Lot loan help
Hello all. Does anyone know of a lender who will do a lot loan with a 630 fica, full doc, and 85 to 90% ltv? Also, the amount is over 500,000.00

Hi Reese - you may want to try Century Bank... they do lot loans of that size (500k)... but I am not sure what their credit score requirements are - so far I have been unlucky with my Lot Loan.... If I hear of any other lender(s) - I'll let you know! Thanks!
