Looking for the Lender

i need a lender who does 125% loans in Virginia. customer has a 699 mid and are full doc with over 4,000 in residual income. the problem i have been running into is the bk they had. the borrower had a chapter 7 over 7 years ago and co-borrower had one over 5 years. the lenders i have wants no bk reporting

any ideas?

Did you try Homecomings?

Don, I just talked to an AE from Homecomings and he said they could not do it because of the 5 year chapter 7. We have some other lenders in our system that may be able to help but we need more details. Go to www.lomatch.com and register..its free..and run your scenario. Hope this helps..thanks and good luck. thanks for the info. i did find a lender Irwin Home Equity has programs that allow for the 5 year bk. is your site like a search engine for lenders? im going to check it out now just wanted to respond first.

Hey Don. Thanks for registering! Yes, our site was built by two Loan Officers who were tired of spending too much time finding loan programs. Basically, the more lender programs in the system the more LO's will benefit. Conversely, the more LO's we have in the system the more exposure Lenders gain. We really just want to create an affordable means of facilitating business where everyone benefits. Thanks again Don. Andy
