Cashout Refinance for a well established catering hall. Approximately, 5.2 million loan amount, roughly 65-68% ltv. Cashout of $500k-$600k will beused to finish the kitchen area so they can utilize the entire buiding for booking weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, etc.. The borrower can prove they are booked for business through the end of 2009.
