Loan Senario shouldnt be hard
Hey I need a home for a loan. 614 mid score. 1x30, SISA, need 90% LTV or better in Virginia OO. Let me know if anyone has a home for this. Borrower is not on current loan but on title/deed. First Franklin wants 2 months PITI and borrower doesnt have it.

If it is a spouse of whomever has the Mortgage, most Lenders will use the VOM for your borrower's housing history.
